By accessing and using Breakpoint (brkpoint.in), you agree to these terms and conditions.
Neither Breakpoint (brkpoint.in) nor its developers/owners are responsible for any financial outcomes incurred while using the app. Breakpoint (brkpoint.in) is a third-party application that has no official relationship, partnership, or agreement with any stock brokers including, but not limited to, Flattrade, Shoonya, Groww, Zerodha and Upstox. These brokers have not endorsed, approved, or certified Breakpoint (brkpoint.in) in any way.

The Lifetime Access Plan refers to a one-time subscription purchase that grants the subscriber access to the Breakpoint platform/services for the entire duration that the product/service is made available by us (Brkpoint/Breakpoint).
"Lifetime" does not mean the lifetime of the subscriber. Instead, it refers to the operational lifetime of the Brkpoint/Breakpoint service or until the company decides to discontinue or substantially change the product.
The plan includes all features available under the selected tier (Pro/Stellar) at the time of purchase. Future premium features or add-ons may be offered separately and are not automatically included.
We reserve the right to update, improve, or modify the features of the platform. In the event that the service is discontinued, or the company ceases operations, no further obligation will remain.
The plan is non-transferable and applies only to the original subscriber.

From 1st October 2026, all Breakpoint premium indicators, including SMC Pro and Pro Levels, will be delivered only through the built-in charts on the Breakpoint platform (brkpoint.in and the Breakpoint mobile app). They will no longer be delivered or activated on TradingView (tradingview.com) or any other third-party charting platform, and a TradingView user ID is no longer required to get access.
To use the built-in charts, you are required to have an active Breakpoint Pro subscription. A premium indicator can be used only while both your Breakpoint Pro subscription and your subscription for that indicator are active.
Plans sold with autopay renew automatically for the same duration at the price shown at checkout, through the UPI Autopay or card mandate you approve with your bank. Each renewal is debited one day before your current period ends, and your bank or UPI app notifies you at least 24 hours before every debit, as required by the Reserve Bank of India's e-mandate rules.
You may cancel autopay at any time from your account on brkpoint.in, from the BreakPoint mobile app, or with your bank or UPI app. Cancellation stops future debits; access already paid for continues until the end of the paid period. To avoid the next debit, cancel at least one day before the renewal date. If a renewal debit fails, access continues for up to four days while it is retried; if it still cannot be collected, autopay ends and access ends on the last paid date. A change in plan price applies to new autopay only; we will not change the amount of an existing mandate without your approval.
The developer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
