Neither Breakpoint (brkpoint.in) nor its developers/owners are responsible for any financial outcomes incurred while using the app. Breakpoint (brkpoint.in) is a third-party application that has no official relationship, partnership, or agreement with any stock brokers including, but not limited to, Flattrade, Shoonya, Groww, Zerodha and Upstox. These brokers have not endorsed, approved, or certified Breakpoint (brkpoint.in) in any way.

The Lifetime Access Plan refers to a one-time subscription purchase that grants the subscriber access to the Breakpoint platform/services for the entire duration that the product/service is made available by us (Brkpoint/Breakpoint).
"Lifetime" does not mean the lifetime of the subscriber. Instead, it refers to the operational lifetime of the Brkpoint/Breakpoint service or until the company decides to discontinue or substantially change the product.
The plan includes all features available under the selected tier (Pro/Stellar) at the time of purchase. Future premium features or add-ons may be offered separately and are not automatically included.
We reserve the right to update, improve, or modify the features of the platform. In the event that the service is discontinued, or the company ceases operations, no further obligation will remain.
The plan is non-transferable and applies only to the original subscriber.
The developer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
