Its wholesale lending division specializes in providing bespoke loan solutions to real estate developers involved in both group housing and single-plotted projects in the National Capital Region (NCR) region. Its SME Retail Lending provides secured, collateralized loan products to SMEs and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sectors operating in healthcare, agriculture, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) trading, small-scale industries, and steel fabrication business verticals. It offers an Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme (ECLGS) launched by the Government for MSMEs to help them to cure the loss due to the COVID-19 pandemic offering working capital term loans.
