The Company is involved in manufacturing of sponge iron, mild steel (M.S.) billets, and thermo mechanically treated (TMT) bars under the brand Vraj. It has two manufacturing units at Raipur and Bilaspur in Chhattisgarh. Its product includes Sponge Iron, TMT Bar, MS Billets and by-products, Dolochar, Pellet and Pig Iron, cater to a mix of customers that consists of industrial customers and end-users. Its MS billets are a semifinished casting product produced in a steel melting shop that needs to be further processed to transform them into a finished good. Sponge iron is the key raw material required to manufacture high quality steel. It has an installed capacity of producing over 1,20,000 metric tons annually and is in expansion mode. The Company has a capacity of five megawatts of power plant for its captive use.
