Indus Infra Trust is an India-based infrastructure investment trust. The Company is engaged in acquiring, managing and investing in a portfolio of infrastructure assets across sectors and/or securities of companies engaged in the infrastructure sector. The Company's portfolio of assets consists of approximately eight road assets, all operating on hybrid annuity mode (HAM) basis, in the states of Punjab, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh. These roads are operated and maintained pursuant to concession rights granted by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). Its projects include Package IV - Naviganj - Mitrasen, Phagwara - Rupnagar, Porbandar - Dwarka, Varanasi - Handia, Akkalkot - Solapur, Sangli - Solapur, Gundugolanu - Devarapalli - Kovvuru and Dwarka - Khambhaliya - Devariya. Its investment manager is GR Highways Investment Manager Private Limited.
