POWERGRID Infrastructure Investment Trust (the Trust) is an India-based infrastructure investment trust (InvIT), which owns, constructs, operates, maintains, and invests in assets in the power and power transmission sector. The InvIT assets shall distribute at least 90% of their net distributable cash flows to the Trust. The Trust shall distribute at least 90% of the distributable income to the unitholders at least once every quarter. The Trust holds SPV/subsidiaries, which are infrastructure projects engaged in the power transmission business in India. The Trust's SPVs include Vizag Transmission Limited, POWERGRID Kala Amb Transmission Limited, POWERGRID Parli Transmission Limited, POWERGRID Warora Transmission Limited and POWERGRID Jabalpur Transmission Limited. Its projects comprise approximately 11 transmission lines, including six 765 kilovolts (kV) transmission lines and five 400 kilovolts (kV) transmission lines. Its investment manager is POWERGRID Unchahar Transmission Limited.
