Autopay on BreakPoint
BreakPoint plans renew automatically with UPI Autopay or a card mandate, so your access never lapses and you never need to come back to pay. You stay in control: you can cancel any time and keep everything you have already paid for.

Which plans renew automatically
- Breakpoint Pro 28: every 28 days
- Breakpoint Pro 84: every 84 days
- Breakpoint Pro 365, 6-month plan: every 6 months
- Pro Levels: every 6 months
- SMC Pro Indicator: every 3 months or every year
How it works
- Setting it up. At checkout you approve a mandate once: in your UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and other apps that support UPI Autopay) with your UPI PIN, or with your card and an OTP. A new plan's first payment is taken in the same step.
- Already on a plan? Turning on autopay charges nothing that day (if your plan has more than 2 days left). The first automatic payment is taken 1 day before your current plan ends.
- Before every debit your bank or UPI app sends you a notice at least 24 hours ahead, as RBI rules require.
- When it is taken. Each renewal is debited 1 day before your current period ends. Your new period starts from the end of the current one, so you never lose or pay for a day twice.
- Only the plan price. Each debit is exactly the price of your plan. You get a confirmation email after every payment.
How to cancel
Cancelling stops all future payments. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. To avoid the next payment, cancel at least 1 day before your renewal date, because that is when it is debited.
- On the website: My Profile → Autopay, or the "Your autopay" section on this page → Cancel autopay.
- In the BreakPoint app: Profile → Billing history → Auto-renewal → Cancel auto-renew.
- From your UPI app: open the Autopay or Mandates section, choose BreakPoint, and pause or revoke it.
- For a card: your bank's net banking or card app lists standing instructions you can cancel.
However you cancel, we email you a confirmation and BreakPoint takes no further payment. Cancelling on the website or in the app also cancels the mandate with your bank, so you do not need to do anything in your UPI app; it will show the mandate as revoked or inactive.
Already on a plan and want autopay? You can turn it on at any time from "Your autopay" above or My Profile, not only at renewal. If your plan has more than 2 days left, nothing is charged that day and the first automatic payment is taken 1 day before it ends. You can also turn autopay back on after cancelling it.
If a payment fails
If a debit fails (for example, low balance or a mandate limit), we email you and it is retried automatically over the next few days. Your access continues for up to 4 days past your renewal date while we retry. If a retry succeeds, your new period still starts from your original renewal date. If every retry fails, autopay is switched off, we email you, and your plan ends on the date you had paid up to. You can turn autopay on again from this page at any time.
Changing or upgrading your plan
- Each product (Breakpoint Pro, SMC Pro, Pro Levels) has its own autopay, which you can cancel separately.
- To switch between Breakpoint Pro cycles, cancel the current autopay and subscribe to the new cycle on the Plans page. Days you have already paid for are kept.
- Buying Breakpoint Pro 365 stops a Breakpoint Pro 28 or 84 autopay automatically, so you are never charged for both.
Refunds
Payments already taken are covered by our Refund Policy. Cancel before your next debit to avoid the next payment.
